Shipping and Processing Time

Shipping time

We usually ship either Fedex or US Mail. Ground shipments (Domestic US) usually arrive within a week, but can occasionally be delayed.

Express shipping is available. Your shipping options will appear in the shopping cart: Fedex 1 business day, Fedex 2nd business day, or ground shipping.

Processing time

• Engraving- Add approx 1-5 days to the processing times below. We usually run approx 1-2 days, but for holidays or other busier times, it can be a few more days.
• Jewelry items - Usually 1-4 days to process plus engraving time if applicable.
  
• Latin wedding items - Usually 1-2 days to process.
  
• Pocket watches - Usually 1-2 days to process plus engraving time.
  
• Dog tags - Usually 1-4 days to process.
  
• Wedding cake charms - Usually 1-5 days to process as each order is most often a custom made set.
  
• Leather bags - Usually 1-2 days to process.
  
• Groomsman gifts - Usually 1-5 days to process.
  

Special Orders

Special orders will have a longer processing time, which will depend on the manufacturer and complexity of the piece being made. Generally these processing times take 1 to 4 weeks.
